What a fun New Year's we had. Justin ended up having the whole week off (except Tuesday) over the holidays. We loved every minute of that time we had with him. We headed down to Tremonton on Thursday afternoon and started our weekend out with Pizza Plus Pizza (only the best ever). Then Friday afternoon, my mom pulled out all of her craft stuff so the kids could make up some noise makers and party hats for the New Year's Eve party.
My girls were in heaven with this supply Grandma produced.Brittany arrived Friday afternoon with her kids and boy can our kids play hard! Austin and Carson spent some time jammin' with each other. They also spent time shooting nerf guns around the house.

Both preggo's....my sister Brittany and me.
Brittany is 28 weeks in this picture and I am 24 weeks. She is having a girl and I am having a boy. It is so fun to be pregnant together! This is the 2nd time around we have done it at the same time!
Grandma made yummy potato soup and scones for dinner. It was delish!!
My best friend and me.
Cute Carson!
Getting ready to eat!!!
Grandma & Hallie. We played a really fun candy bar game that night with everyone. Before we got started, Hallie was so cute playing with and in the pile of candy! We each got a turn to roll and if we rolled a 7, 11, or doubles, we got to pick a candy bar. But if someone else won a turn, they could take our candy bar or one out of the pile. The Sourpatch warheads seemed to be the item of choice between the younger kids and it got switched around quite a bit.
It came down to Kenzie & Austin. She had them, and Austin had one more roll to try and take them back from her.
Luckily for Kenzie, Austin didn't succeed and she got to keep them! She was just a little excited about it!
Carson enjoyed his Reases PB Cups.
Then Braydon got out his toy helicopter he got for Christmas, which kept most everyone entertained for awhile, especially the boys.
Kaylee & Mayci had gotten cute pj's from Grandma for Christmas, so it was fun to see them matching.
Of course, after the photo shoot, they wanted to check out how they looked!
After we all got our comfy pj's on, we played some cards, ate more food, and then we headed downstairs and did pedicures for everyone. The kids LOVED it!
It was a great way to pass the time while we waited for the countdown to midnight. Even the kids gave us moms and grandma a pedicure.
As it got closer to midnight (EST), the kids all got ready for the big celebration.
We counted down with Carson Daly LIVE in New York and watched the ball drop. Then the kids made plenty of noise to celebrate!
After the party, it didn't take us long to all get to bed. We ended up in bed before 11:45 pm (MST) and didn't have many complaints. Especially from the parents. We got up early the next morning (5:30 am) so we could leave for Bear Lake. It was a fun night with my family and I am so glad we were able to spend time with them! Here's to 2011, let's make it a good one!!!
