On March 25, 2010, one of our very good friends got married! Heidi and David were married in the Boise Temple and Justin and I were there to witness such a wonderful event. We actually headed to Boise on Wednesday night and stayed at the Halladay's that night. On Thursday, the kids all went to school (Mayci stayed with Kim) while Justin and I went to the wedding and the luncheon. After the luncheon, we went back to Kuna and got the kids ready for the reception.
Heidi and David had their reception at Barber Park in Boise and it was beautiful. Her colors were purple and green. It was kind of a rainy day and so pictures at the temple had a bright green umbrella in the background and they all turned out adorable! The weather cooperated that evening and they got some good pictures at the reception area.
Here's David and Heidi waiting for the reception to start. They didn't have a formal line and they had dinner for those that arrived. Heidi really wanted a DJ and videos playing at her reception. She got a good one too! The kids loved the music and videos and did lots of dancing that night!

Madison, Heidi and Mckenzie- just waiting for the delicious food to be served.

The girls couldn't stop talking about how pretty everything was and how beautiful Heidi was. I agree with them. She was amazingly beautiful!!!

Heidi and Marisa-

This was the other part of the reception that the kids just loved!!!! The purple bags were so you could fill up with whatever candy you would like. This was just half of the candy to put in your bag. We all got our fair share of candy!

Austin, Mayci and Marisa took a break during the dancing. Mayci has a mouthful of water. She learned how to take a drink and hold it in her mouth. Then she'd pretend that she was going to spit it on you. Silly girl!

David and Heidi- cutting the cake.

They were nice about this part!

The girls- shaking it!!

Mayci got some dance time with Dad. Not as much as mom got with dad though!

Madison and Kenzie got in on the action when the bouquet was thrown. Thank goodness neither one caught it!

My boys stood in the group of boys/men who were trying to catch the garter. Braydon was not excited about that part of the wedding!

Good friends having a great time at a wonderful wedding- Jamie, Marisa and Kim. We all went out and did some fun dance moves and even made up our own dance move called 'Couponing'. We got pretty good on the dance floor. It was a very fun reception and enjoyed the entire evening.

We can't wait to see what life brings David and Heidi in the future! I'm sure we'll be there for most of it! We love you Heidi and David!!!
