Seeing Green!

We planted 2 rows of pole beans this year and we got 2 5 gallon buckets worth. The kids were great helpers and spent the afternoon snapping all of the beans. We ended up getting 19 quarts out of all those beans. Probably not enough to last us a year. It's a good start though. I'm pretty sure I have quite a few more beans out there waiting for me to get out there and pick them.

The girls loved washing the beans and could have spent hours playing in the sink!!
